Brenda Taylor – Executive VP, Business Development

Ms. Taylor has been performing Business Development and Sales for IMRI since 2004. Her professional career includes over 30 years of technical and leadership experience in information systems development and operations. She has extensive experience in managing and implementing customer-centric service systems. Her background encompasses success across multi-disciplinary areas, including systems analysis, design and integration, test and evaluation, business management, and operations of enterprise computing and telecommunications systems. Ms. Taylor’s expertise includes full lifecycle project management, operations planning and assessment, acquisition strategies, vendor selection/negotiations, and profit and loss management.

Ms. Taylor is a results driven manager, with merits including simultaneous management of multiple major projects in support of the Department of Defense and several award-winning recognitions: the Washington D.C. Jaycees Arthur S. Fleming Award for management and leadership, Secretary of the Army’s Award for Excellence in Acquisition and the Managerial Leadership Award for Women in Government and Technology.
