Mathurin Daniel (Daniel) – Vice President, Field Operations

Mr. Daniel brings over 23 years experience in managing day-to-day operations with such companies as the Hyatt Regency Hotels and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. As Vice President, Field Operations, his primary focus is to ensure customer satisfaction. Since 1993, Mr. Daniel has supported IMRI in various positions through its growth and expansion. In his current position, he is the liaison between the field staff, client and corporate office providing corporate oversight ensuring successful delivery of IMRI contractual engagements. Additionally, he manages human resources, recruiting, administration, and corporation certifications.
