David Mildren – Contracts Management/IP Manger

Mr. Mildren’s background includes the management and preparation of hundreds of proposals for Government and Commercial clients totaling more than $500 million in total business value. He brings expertise from Fortune 500 companies in technology and logistics.

As Senior Proposal Manger, Mr. Mildren adds value to the IMRI Business Development department with diverse experience in sales, project management and information technology. His focus is to deliver enhanced proposal management, marketing, writing, and process improvement to the business development division.

Mr. Mildren brings a technology marketing background from proposal management at Toshiba - Digital Products Division. He has a BS in Theology from Azusa Pacific University and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
