Monica Harris – Director Resources Management

Ms. Harris has 16 years of experience as a Resources Professional managing internal staffing functions and account management of Information Technology projects in both the private and government sectors. Ms. Harris is currently the Director of Resource Management at IMRI. She manages the Full Life Cycle Recruitment for IMRI’s Federal and Commercial Projects. Prior to joining IMRI, Ms. Harris was the Co-founder and Operations Manager of FourA Technology Group, where she was responsible for the daily management of the recruitment team. Previously, she was the Technical Department Manager at Eleventh Hour in the IT Division. She began her career as an intern at IMRI and then was hired as Technical Recruiter. Ms. Harris has a BA in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
