Maronya C. Scharf – Senior Vice President/General Counsel
Ms. Scharf joined IMRI in the fall of 2009 as a Senior Vice President focusing on strategic planning and business development. She is based in IMRI’s Washington, D.C. office and manages IMRI federal operations in the D.C. metropolitan area.
Ms. Scharf is responsible for broadening IMRI’s presence within various federal departments and agencies by expanding the company’s service offerings in technology infrastructure and program management within the continental U.S. and internationally.
Prior to joining IMRI, Ms. Scharf practiced labor and employment law in New York City at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP (“Morgan Lewis”), an international law firm. At Morgan Lewis, Ms. Scharf represented employers in individual, class, and collective action litigation, involving federal and state labor and employment statutes. Ms. Scharf earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
