Thomas Murray - Senior Proposal Manager

Mr. Murray Joined IMRI on June 20 20011 and brings a wide breadth of experience to this position, having served as a Navy Officer, retail and sales manager; program and project manager.   Mr. Murray is responsible for leading and managing the development of proposals as well as all related policies, procedures and methodologies.  
 Prior to joining IMRI in June 2011, he was a program and project manager at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). 
A veteran of Desert Storm, Mr. Murray served as a Navy officer for over 20 years, on active duty and in the Reserves, in both Navy and Marine Corps commands.  He has held a number of positions including Commanding Officer, and has been involved in contingency planning, operations, communications and logistics.  Mr. Murray has supported numerous defense programs in the areas of business process reengineering, knowledge management, software development, web and portal design, and program/project management for organizations including Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), National Counter-Terrorism/Counter-Insurgency Integrated Test and Evaluation Center (NACCITEC), and Commander Third Fleet. 
Mr. Murray has a Master of Science in Interactive Telecommunications from the University of Redlands, and is PMI certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
