Wade Keith – Vice President, Engineering Services

Mr. Keith is responsible for IMRI’s Engineering Services organization which offers a comprehensive range of Systems, Software and Design Engineering capabilities for the aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and utility industries. As the designated Quality Management System representative, he is also responsible for assuring the maintenance of IMRI’s ANSI ISO 9001 / SAE AS9100 Quality Management System certification and CMMI Level 3 compliance.

Prior to joining IMRI in August 2008, his career comprised over 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry including over 26 years of engineering and leadership experience for Boeing / McDonnell Douglas and 4 years of similar experience at Gates Learjet Corporation.

His leadership experience includes 6 years in first-line management roles and 18 years in various Executive Management roles for a variety of technical disciplines, including Systems Test Engineering, Metrology Laboratory Operations, Instrumentation & Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, Data & Configuration Management, Process Integration/Management, and Program Management Integration.

Mr. Keith has worked extensively on numerous aerospace & defense programs, including Delta Launch Vehicles, Space Shuttle, International Space Station, A160 UAV, Global Missile Defense (GMD), Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS), Global Positioning System (GPS), C-17 Airlifter, AH-64 Apache, MD 500/600 Light Helicopter, F-15/F-18/AV-8 Fighter Aircraft, MD-80/90 Commercial Aircraft, 30mm Chain Gun, Tomahawk Missile, Learjet 20/30/50 series, and various spacecraft including several major satellite systems.
