Process ManagementIMRI is uniquely qualified to engage extensive experience in applying Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and other Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) methodologies to Information Technology, Engineering, Health Care, Manufacturing, Quality, Business, and Program Management processes. CPI is an IMRI paradigm, and thus an inherent aspect of the services that we provide. IMRI’s Corporate Quality Policy embraces a continuing process that reviews and evaluates processes and project experiences in an effort for continuous improvement for our team and our clients.
IMRI’s Continuous Process Management We use various analysis tools to identify, characterize and eliminate critical quality issues and longest time delays, thus offering the greatest opportunities to improve cost and quality while reducing capital, lead-time and waste. Several of our consultants maintain Lean Six Sigma Black and Green Belt certifications. IMRI can develop and implement improvement plans with key process stakeholders, including process users, providers of process inputs, receivers of process outputs, process advocates, process sponsors, and informal change agents. Team with IMRI to track process improvements via periodic program/project progress reviews to ensure all improvement projects are on track toward their original goal.
