We offer an integrated program/project management methodology founded in our Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 compliant processes, PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and ISO 9001 framework to provide best-practice Program Management Office (PMO) processes which are aligned at every step with our client’s mission. IMRI is AS9100/ISO9001 certified with several of our consultants maintaining PMI and Lean Six Sigma certifications.
