Arthur Neumann is the Director of Information Technology and Cybersecurity for Information Management Resources, Inc., and is responsible for the management of service delivery for all contracts providing IT and cybersecurity support. While employed at IMRI, Mr. Neumann has leveraged his 18 years of industry experience to provide solutions engineering and support for Navy, Army, Federal, and commercial customers as a systems engineer, technical subject matter expert, and both a project and program manager. Prior to working with IMRI, Mr. Neumann served for nine years in the US Navy supporting telecommunications, Computer/Networking systems, and RADAR systems both at sea and ashore in the United States and abroad.
Mr. Neumann earned a Master of Science in Information Technology (Concentration: Information Security & Assurance) from Carnegie Mellon University and a degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University. Arthur Neumann’s education and expertise ensure that IMRI customers receive innovative solutions and services to safeguard their digital assets and meet their technological needs.
